General Matters
Please read all shopping instructions carefully before purchasing
You must fill out your full Chinese name as the recipient for shipping within Taiwan. If any of the information you filled out were incorrect after your package was shipped, you must wait until the package gets back after it is returned, and SYS Skin will charge an additional resending shipping fee
If you choose to pay by ATM or bank transfer, please complete the wire transfer within 24 hours and send us the last five digits of your bank account number or payment details in the chat box of your order. Orders not transferred within 24 hours will be automatically canceled
Coupons cannot be converted to cash
Delivery Method and Fees
Shipping costs will be added on to your order directly at checkout
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after it is confirmed, and the shipping/tracking number will be updated on your order along with the shipping status
For pre-ordered products, please refer to the estimated shipping time stated on the product page or announcement
If the order contains pre-ordered products, your whole package will be sent out after all products are in stock
Shipments within Taiwan: Products are delivered by home delivery or 7-11 convenience store. Regardless of the number of items ordered, home delivery fees within Taiwan's main island is NT$100, and delivery fees outside of the main island is NT$280. 7-11 convenience store shipping fees are NT$80
Overseas Shipping: We currently deliver to Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, the United States, Canada, and Australia. Shipping costs are available at checkout.
Please confirm all shipping information before you place an order. If the delivery fails due to any incorrect information, the buyer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.
Returns (Limited to Taiwan Main Island Only)
The seven-day appreciation period is not a trial period. Please keep the package intact and without any traces of use. If the package is damaged or has any traces of use, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
"Discounted products" cannot be returned or exchanged, please read the shopping instructions and product descriptions carefully before purchasing
If the product does not match your order, is defective, or the product is damaged during delivery (all of the above mentioned are referred to as the defective product), SYS Skin will assist in replacing the same product (exchange for other products are not accepted)
In order to protect the rights of both parties, please be sure to video-record when you are unpacking the package along with your order form (please do not fast forward or make any edits to the video), if any of the above is missing, exchanges or returns will not be accepted. If there is a defect in the product, please take a photo of the defected item and email our customer service. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service at support@sysskin.com within 7 days of delivery. Anything after 7 days will not be accepted. Any items returned without notifying our customer service beforehand will not be accepted.
All returned packages must be sent back using the original packaging with original shipping labels and forms. If the package is not in accordance with the aforementioned requirements, SYS Skin will not accept it and will send it back by courier on delivery.
For non-defective returns, you will be restricted from making transactions with us (one year.) Please consider carefully before placing an order.
Shipping costs for return or exchanges of defective products will be paid by SYS Skin. If the buyer has to return or exchange the product for any of their reason(s), the return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer.
Please keep the product and packaging intact when returning or exchanging defective products. If any of the aforementioned is missing, SYS Skin has the right to refuse to accept your returns or exchanges.
If the original order does not meet the promotion/sale criteria due to non-defective returns, the buyer must pay for the original order shipping fee, the discount difference of all other products in the original order, and must return all promotional free gifts. If the free gift(s) has any trace of being used or has been opened, return or exchange will not be accepted
If the original order does not meet the promotion/sale criteria due to defective returns or products are out of stock after purchase, SYS Skin will not deduct any shipping costs or discount price differences. For out-of-stock merchandise, we will refund you via gift vouchers or directly transfer to your bank account
After the order payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled unless the product is defective. Please double check your order and read all instructions carefully before checkout.
